Prescription for a Plastic Planet, exhibiting at East Gippsland Art Gallery, features a collaboration by Dawn Stubbs, Gail Noble, Penny Carruthers and Amanda Goodge, who united their creative minds to craft a compelling artwork bearing a powerful message. The work takes the form of a one-metre round globe meticulously constructed from individually cut pharmacy blister packs. Dawn Stubbs, the spokesperson for the initiative, emphasises the urgency of the endangered life support system.

This work compliments the current exhibition at the Butter Factory Art Space - a group exhibition of 20 Gippsland artists responding to the big climate change questions in an art exhibition and information expo presented by East Gippsland Climate Action Network.

For those seeking a deeper understanding of the measures required to navigate this evolving world, valuable information can be gleaned at the Butter Factory Art Space, providing the public with insights into the steps necessary to address the challenges that lie ahead.
