The Buchan Munji (Buchan Caves Reserve) will reopen to visitors ahead of the Easter long weekend following months of recovery works to safely restore the park following major flooding that hit the area on Boxing Day. The reserve will open on Tuesday 26 March 2024.

Foot Bridge

Coast and enjoy the esplanade

This is a great way to introduce yourself to Lakes Entrance. It is an easy, family friendly bike ride along flat, paved pathways and alluring views over the waterways. Begin your ride at the bottom of Kalimna Jetty Rd and follow the esplande along the foreshore.

Lookout for fishing trawlers and if you time it right you may find yourself lining up to purchase today's catch direct from the trawler. Continuing along, you will find yourself at the iconic footbridge, take a stroll to the oceanside to meet the Ninety Mile Beach.
