This is a gorgeous and unique property only accessible by boat from Paynesville. Est 1889, it was completely refurbished in 2020 and is perfect for a group getaway or family vacation. You can even organise a private chef to cater for your group. Nestled on a strip of land between 90 Mile Beach and the Gippsland Lakes, surrounded by national park, Ocean Grange is the ultimate off-grid beach
house.

The house has 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (one is commercial style), a 10 metre freshwater pool and 4 story tower with viewing deck. Ocean Grange can accommodate groups of up to 22 people.


Eight Acres, Lakes Entrance


Only a short drive to town and the pristine beaches of Lakes Entrance and situated in a stunning native bushland setting with plenty of space to roam, Eight Acres is the perfect place for family and couple getaways, retreats and inspiring vacations.

There is glamping and two bedroom cottages on site. Each of the self-contained two bedroom cottages have their own unique coastal name and style. All are identical in lay-out with a Queen bed in the main room and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is an open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a spacious outdoor deck with outdoor setting, barbecue and its own fireplace. Cottages are pet-friendly at an additional pet-fee.


Rivendell Farm Estate, Tambo Upper


Completely refurbished in 2020, this is a beautiful farm-style accommodation property. The stunning Bag End accommodation, completed with recycled materials; and renovated spacious bedroom situated inside an old concrete water tank will surely impress. Guests can take in the stunning views from the property’s very own hot tub on the verandah, or retreat inside for a relaxing evening by the copper wood fire. The property is home to chickens, sheep, alpacas, and two highland cows. Many other animals live on the farm, which can be observed as you stroll through the grounds, visiting the veggie gardens, truffle trees and orchard; keep an eye out for the beautiful peacock who calls the farm home, lovingly named 'Blueberry'.
