Thank you for your interest in staying at Prime Tourist Park - Adult Only & Pet Friendly
Please refer to the following conditions which apply to all reservations.
PAYMENT
To confirm an online booking, full payment must be made. Alternatively, a deposit equal to the first night charge can be made by phone or through our www.primetouristpark.com.au website. The full Balance is due and payable on arrival. Cash EFTPOS and Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards are accepted on arrival.
CANCELLATION
Deposits are not refundable but may be transferred to another arrival date if notice is given 5 days prior to your expected arrival. All deposits will be held as a credit during a Covid Lockdown. Transfers are valid for 12 months from original booking.
MINIMUM STAY
Minimum nights bookings apply to Accommodation all year through and Powered Sites for Public Holiday Weekends and over the Peak period.
CHANGES
It is your responsibility to advise of any changes to your booking prior to your arrival including changes to the nights booked or number of Guests. Any change from your original booking may result in additional charges being made.
CHECK IN
Check in times are from 12.00 pm for Powered Sites and 2.00 pm for all accommodations and must be estimated at time of making reservation. Late check ins after Office Hours and up to 8.00 pm may be possible upon payment of a late arrival fee.
CHECK OUT
Check out time is before 10.30 am. This is to allow for cleaning and maintenance. Late check out may be available please check with Reception the day before departure.
