Open Hours: Sundays 2pm to 5pm
Lemon Hill Gallery is an art gallery in a converted shipping container. It is perched on a hill top on a farm in the Wairewa Valley, with magnificent views over state forest and farmland. It celebrates creativity, resourcefulness and the human spirit and was established after the Black Summer Bush Fires.
On a Sunday afternoon, after viewing the art, you can have a cup of tea or coffee and a lemon slice and enjoy the conversation in the big shed.
Adjacent to the gallery are the remains of the burnt chassis of a stage coach and wagonette.
