Beachcomber Holiday Units is the closest accommodation to the iconic Cunningham Arm Footbridge, which provides direct access to the pristine golden sands of the Ninety Mile Beach.

Cunningham Arm part of the Gippsland Lakes is a safe and ideal spot for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming and water-sports.

Beachcombers self contained holiday units are the best value accommodation for people seeking a beachside escape, a romantic weekend away, an adventurous bushwalk, a biking experience or to soak up the great outdoors. Once you unpack your vehicle (with a little help from us if needed) you won’t need it again until you regrettably have to say goodbye.

All five units stand out from the crowd by being recently updated and featuring modern touches. Our five meticulously clean, quiet, self-contained holiday units are all tastefully decorated with sandy toned walls, Beachwood floors, and ocean blue fabrics with a splash of colour. They are light filled, open plan living with ceiling fans that provide the option to dine in with fully equipped kitchens or a quiet space to relax after an outing to one of the many restaurants or cafes in town.

Cook your catch of the day on the BBQ facilities provided and enjoy outdoor alfresco dining. Alternatively, on your door-step many cuisines are available.

Our two one bedroom units, feature a separate room with a queen size bed and a two seater lounge in the lounge-room that can fold out to a double bed, sleeping up to four guests these units are ideal for the solo traveller, loved up couple or small family. Our two bedroom unit is perfect for families or couples travelling together it has two separate rooms the main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed it can comfortably sleep up to five guests. Our two three bedroom units are ideal for families, couples or small groups with plenty of space for up to six guests. Two bedrooms contain queen size beds and the third room has two single beds.
Our meticulously clean, quiet, self-contained holiday units provide the option to dine in with fully equipped kitchens with four burner electric stovetops, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Linen and bath towels are provided, and don’t take up space packing your beach towel because we’ve got them for you to. Located 2.5km East along the Esplanade from the Lakes Entrance Tourist Information Center. There is easy access to the property via a driveway and carpark out the back. Our driveway is located 50m past the Myer street traffic lights.

Beachcomber Holiday Units are a short walk over the Cunningham Arm footbridge to the patrolled 90 Mile Beach. Participate in a variety of water sports or take leisurely scenic walks to see Seals, Seabirds and perhaps catch a glimpse of our resident Dolphins.

Once you park your car you’ll not need it again till you leave. Beachcomber Holiday Units are within walking distance to the shopping precinct, restaurants, pubs and clubs.

Public transport (Bus Stop) is available 100m away with access thru our back gate to Roadknight Street where there is a bus stop on either side of the road.

Cancellation Policy

From the 1st of February to the 21st of December You may cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the first nights accommodation if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival.

From the 22nd of December to the the 31st of January You may cancel free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. You will be charged the total of the first nights accommodation if you cancel in the 7 days prior to arrival.

If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
