What they do and why they are different: here, you will always be listened to without judgement. Every session is customised to your needs on each visit. You can choose from Bright or Hotham locations in Victoria's Alpine region, or they can come to you. Even online for some of their services.
They help you disconnect to reconnect. From Breakaways: think retreat meets holiday. To Spa and Massage treatments: blissed-out spa style relaxation to niggling annoying pain. To mind and body connect: movement, yoga, mindful meditation with intuitive guidance to find your path (think people reading).

Run by JC -Jodie Coall, Mountain Wellness Co is based on over 26 years of experience in the wellness tourism and health and fitness industries. JC is a massage therapist, personal trainer, emotional and relational coach and business consultant.
